The Parenting with Love & Limits Programme is a free six-week online group for parents and carers of young people aged 12–16 who are experiencing challenging behaviour.
Delivered by Brandon Centre, the programme offers practical guidance, evidence-based strategies and peer support to help parents strengthen relationships, improve communication and confidently manage difficult behaviour at home.
Sessions are delivered online via Microsoft Teams, making it easy for parents and carers across Camden and Islington to take part from home.
