NORE talks rappers wearing skirts and dresses (Interview)

Hip hop veteran NORE, also known as P.A.P.I., gives his take on rappers wearing skirts and dresses in this Vlad TV interview.

NORE says he agrees with Lord Jamar’s views on the subject, although he also makes it clear that the trend doesn’t personally offend him.

He believes some rappers are doing it for attention.
